Interpersonal conflict is unfortunate, but sometimes inevitable.
As an alternative to litigation, mediation is a conflict resolution
process by which complainants resolve their dispute with the
assistance of a trained, impartial third party.
Every participant is fully invested in the process, contributes voluntarily, and
equitably and safely shares and satisfies her/his needs and wants through conversation, negotiation, and compromise.
Our goal is to assist clients in building a bridge across the turbulent waters of misunderstanding, anger, and anxiety to achieve satisfaction, heart peace, and closure.
The benefits of mediation over litigation are numerous, which is
why many legal agreements, contracts, and employers now
require mediation before litigation is pursued. Why?
• Less Stress: Minimizing win-lose mentalities and
behaviors, all FCM mediated agreements result from
introspection, discussion, and good will.
• Efficiency: No attorney meetings, discovery, or court
dates are necessary. Not a slave to the litigation process,
FCM expedites your Agreement, which is legally binding
upon signature by all parties and approval by the Court.
• Flexibility: FCM offers mediation in person in any location
in Fayette and adjacent counties or via Zoom anywhere in
Texas seven days a week.
• Less Expense: Why pay attorneys when claimants can DIY their Agreement with the assistance of a mediator? FCM sessions are booked in four-hour increments at a flat rate of $400 then $100/hour to continue the initial session.
Almost all disputes are resolved via FCM within one business day!

In her 'spare' time, Dr. Buscha conducts scholarly research and writes articles, contributing frequently to academic journals and presenting at professional conferences. She is a passionate Dressage rider, competitive shooter, and raises Nigerian Dwarf goats. Her mission is to provide servant leadership, giving back to the Citizens of Texas for their financial support of her education through the Hazlewood Act. Her mantra is John 13:35.
